Prepared using conventional ingredients for eg- soy sauce and ketchup, this chicken liver fry recipe is an absolute delight and versatile serving to be either a main course or starter as per your liking. 

Being crispy yet healthy one has the choice to prepare this lovely and delicious recipe within the comfort of their home. Here’s how chicken liver fry can be given the restaurant type taste with the company of your near and dear ones. 

Ingredients

  • 300 gms chicken liver
  • ½ tsp coriander powder
  • 1 medium onion
  • ½ tsp garlic paste
  • 1 large tomato
  • 2 tbsp Doctors’ Choice Refined Sunflower Oil
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • ½ tso cumin powder
  • ½ tsp garam masala powder
  • ½ tsp ginger paste
  • 4 green chilies
  • 2 coriander leaf stocks
  • 2 tsp soy sauce

Procedure

  • Wash the chicken liver and remove all the fat and nerve endings. Chop one liver into 3 pieces
  • Heat Doctors’ Choice Refined Sunflower Oil in a wok over a medium flame. Add in the chopped onions and green chilies. Fry the same for 1 minute. Now add the ginger and garlic paste and fry all until it turns slightly brown. Add in the chopped tomatoes and fry until they get smashed
  • Add in the chopped liver, cumin, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Keep stirring it and fry it all for over 10 mins. Once you witness the oil coming out of the liver, add the soy sauce, ketchup, and chopped coriander. Fry them all for 10 more mins 
  • Enjoy hot and delicious chicken liver fry garnishes with a sprig of coriander leaf.
