How To Cook
- I pound ground beef
- 1 slightly beaten egg
- 100 ml grated parmesan cheese
- 78 ml breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp fresh minced garlic
- 2 tsp seasoned salt
- 4 ml ground black pepper
- 78 ml milk
- Dried oregano as per taste
- 2 tbsp dried parsley
- Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl
- Shape the beef into small meatballs, wrap it and refrigerate it for 24 hours before use
- Drop the meatballs into the pasta sauce. Avoid stirring for 20 mins to prevent the meatballs from breaking
- Continue cooking the pasta for 20 more mins.
- After 40 mins continue cooking your sauce along with the meatballs as long as required
