Classic Italian Meatball Recipe [Melt in Mouth]

How To Cook

  • I pound ground beef
  • 1 slightly beaten egg
  • 100 ml grated parmesan cheese
  • 78 ml breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp fresh minced garlic
  • 2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 4 ml ground black pepper
  • 78 ml milk
  • Dried oregano as per taste
  • 2 tbsp dried parsley
  • Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl
  • Shape the beef into small meatballs, wrap it and refrigerate it for 24 hours before use
  • Drop the meatballs into the pasta sauce. Avoid stirring for 20 mins to prevent the meatballs from breaking
  • Continue cooking the pasta for 20 more mins.
  • After 40 mins continue cooking your sauce along with the meatballs as long as required
  • You can also bake the meatballs for 25 mins. Enjoy a special Italian Meatball Recipe with your loved ones
