Egg 65 Recipe – Protein Packed Snack

As many have gone gaga over chicken 65, paneer 65 and other masaledaar dishes, egg 65 is also one on the list. Coming in with a tangy and spicy flavor, preparing this dish with physically refined rice bran oil serves to be the perfect all-rounder for everyone.

Ingredients

  • 4 hardboiled eggs 
  • Salt as per taste
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • ½ tsp red chili powder
  • A pinch of pepper
  • 2 tsp corn flour
  • Doctors’ Choice Physically refined rice bran oil
  • ⅓ tsp chopped ginger
  • ⅓ tsp chopped garlic
  • 4-5 curry leaves
  • 2-3 green chillies
  • 2 tsp tomato ketchup
  • 3-4 tsp curd

Procedure

For the Eggs

  • Peel the 4 hardboiled eggs, cut it from the middle and separate the yolk. Chop the egg whites into small pieces
  • Add salt, cornflour, ¼ tsp red chili powder, ¼ tsp garam masala, and pepper to the white chopped eggs. Mix them all well together
  • Once all mixed, add the mashed egg yolks with 1-2 tsp water to ensure everything binds well 
  • Spoon the egg mix and put small scoops into the pan. Keep them aside once done

For the Sauce

  • Add in the curd, rest of the garam masala, red chili powder, some salt and tomato ketchup
  • After 1 min add in the fried egg bites and mix it all well with the sauce
  • Enjoy delicious and lip-smacking egg 65
