Healthy Chicken Soup Using Refined Rice Bran Oil

Ingredients

For the Spices

  • 1 small bay leaf
  • 4 pepper corn
  • 2 inch cinnamon piece 

Procedure

  • Add the chicken, potatoes, vegetables, and water to a cooker
  • Tear up the bay leaf and break the cinnamon. Add in the pepper corns to it
  • Boil for 3 mins or until the chicken comes to a boil 
  • Set the chicken aside. Shred up the meat and remove all the bones

For the Soup

  • Heat Doctors’ Choice Rice Bran Oil in a pan. Saute the ginger and garlic for approx one minute
  • Add in the vegetables and fry it for a minute
  • Strain the chicken stock in a pan and boil it all for a while
  • Add salt to the chicken. Turn it off once done
  • Cool down the delicious chicken soup. Then add squeezed lemon juice and pepper powder for more flavor
  • Enjoy delicious, healthy chicken soup warm. You can add in some boiled noodles if you feel like
