
Homemade KFC-Style Chicken Recipe with Rice Bran Oil

How To Cook
- 8 chicken drumsticks/ breasts
- 100 ml curd
- 1 beaten egg
- 50 gms flour
- 50 gms bread crumbs
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp white pepper powder
- 1 tsp powdered onion (dried)
- 1 tsp powdered basil leaves
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 chopped green chilli
- 1 tsp dried garlic
- 1 tsp dried ginger
- Salt to taste
- Doctors’ Choice Rice Bran Cooking Oil for frying
- Wash and clean the chicken pieces. Dry them well once rinsed well to ensure its free from all moisture
- Add in the beaten egg, curd, ½ tsp chilli powder, and salt to the chicken. Mix it all well and let it marinate for 3-4 hours
- Mix with it the flour, green chillies, white pepper, oregano, garlic, ginger, basil leaves, and finally the remaining chilli powder and salt
- Cover the marinated chicken with the spicy flour and then mix it well with the bread crumbs
- Heat Doctors’ Choice Physically Refined Rice Bran Oil in a kadhai and deep fry the chicken until its cooked well
- Enjoy restaurant styled KFC Chicken with your favorite choice of sauce
