How To Cook

  • 1 kg mutton- cut into small cubes
  • 1 cup onions (thinly sliced)
  • 3 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 3 tbsp mustard seeds
  • 50 ml vinegar
  • 1 tbsp chopped ginger
  • 1 sprig curry leaves
  • 4 green chilies
  • 5 tbsp Kachi Ghani Mustard Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves
  • 1 lime
  • Grind the garlic, mustard, ginger, curry leaves, and green chilies with vinegar. Make it all into a paste

  • Rub this paste onto the mutton pieces. Add salt to taste

  • Keep it covered in the fridge overnight

  • Add mutton with the marinade

  • Cover and simmer till the mutton is cooked

  • Enjoy delicious mutton with hot rotis or rice
