- 500 grams of mutton
- 4onions ( sliced)
- 2chopped tomatoes
- 100g yogurt
- 2 tbsp kachi ghani mustard oil
- 3 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- ½ turmeric powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- Salt according to taste
- Fresh coriander for garnishing
- Sliced almonds and cashews for garnish
- Take a pan and heat the kachi ghani mustard oil. After that, add the sliced onions and cook until they turn golden brown.
- Next, add the ginger-garlic paste and cook, stirring, for a few minutes to eliminate any raw smells.
