How To Cook

- 2 cups chopped bhindi

- 1 cup dahi
-
- 2 tsp coriander powder
-
- 2 tsp chilli powder
-
- ½ tsp besan
-
- 1 trp jeera
-
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
-
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
-
- ⅛ tsp hing
-
- 1 tsp Refined Soybean Oil
- Salt to taste
Procedure

- Steam the bhindi for 5-7 mins until soft

- Combine the curds, coriander powder, chilli powder, gram flour, and salt with 2 tbsp of water
-
- Heat Doctors’ Choice Refined Soybean Oil in a pan and add the jeera, mustard seeds, fennel seeds, hing, and curry leaves

- Once the seeds crackle, add in the curd mixture and steam bhindi and let them boil. Let them simmer for 3-4 mins
- Enjoy delicious hot dahi bhindi garnished with coriander
